The newly redesigned 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid has a combination of style and efficiency that’s perfect for daily commutes, nights out on the town, and weekend getaways. It makes every trip a little easier with lots of standard comfort and convenience features, and provides peace of mind with outstanding safety ratings and long-term warranty coverage.

2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Basics

With a 2.0-liter GDI hybrid engine, the Sonata Hybrid is designed to deliver impressive fuel economy of an EPA-estimated 47 MPG combined. This system also delivers 192 combined horsepower and features e-Dynamic Drive for confident handling and control on the road. With every new Sonata Hybrid, you’ll enjoy 10 years or 100,000 miles of warranty protection for the hybrid battery and powertrain, plus a new vehicle limited warranty that lasts five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Inside, the Sonata Hybrid seats five passengers with power-adjustable, heated front seats and dual automatic temperature control for customized comfort. The trunk holds 15.6 cu. ft. of cargo, and it can carry even more when you fold down one or both sides of the 60/40 split-folding rear seatback.

Exceptional Convenience

The Sonata Hybrid is the first in its class with a hands-free smart trunk release, which makes loading and unloading the trunk easier than ever. When your hands are full, you can stand behind the trunk with your Proximity Key for three seconds, and the trunk will open automatically. Also standard is the Hyundai Digital Key 2, which lets you use your smartphone in place of your physical key fob to unlock the doors and start the engine.

When you choose the Limited trim, your Sonata Hybrid can even park itself, thanks to the included Remote Smart Parking Assist. All you need to do is step out of the car, press a button on your key fob, and let your Sonata Hybrid do the rest.

Safety and Driver Assistance

Named an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK, the Sonata Hybrid comes with a long list of standard SmartSense features, which can help you detect and respond to your surroundings. Its Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist looks out for approaching traffic while you’re backing out of a parking space and warns you when a vehicle is detected. If needed, this system can even apply the brakes to prevent or reduce the impact of a collision.

The Sonata Hybrid’s safety features continue to detect potential dangers even after you’ve parked your vehicle. Before you exit, Safe Exit Alert detects vehicles approaching from behind and warns you and your passengers so you don’t exit into oncoming traffic.

With all these great features and more, it comes as no surprise that the Sonata Hybrid has earned so many loyal fans. To learn more, call or stop by our showroom at Mike Kelly Hyundai in Butler, PA.
